the room was spacious and super clean. i found a wide tv screen. i really liked the great shower. desire at the vip reception, she helped with everything i needed.
the hotel gave me the wrong room when i checked in. the manager did not admit the mistake. she tried to say the room i had stayed in before did not exist. it was not a good experience.

The room was spacious and very clean. i especially liked the wide tv screen, it was a nice feature. desire at the vip reception was helpful. She. she accommodated my needs very well.
The wifi did not work well. This was inconvenient. the shower water pressure was also very poor. this made showering less enjoyable.

amet greeted us so kindly during check-in. he ensured all our questions were answered promptly. the new tower was dreamy, i really loved the spacious rooms.
during my stay, i found that the cleanliness in the room could have been better. i saw chips on the floor. i also noticed some cocktail sticks on the table.
